Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with print processes and preparing designs for digital platforms.
  • Proficient understanding of keeping design assets organized and accessible for the team.

  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
